Other than being male, Jewish and charming, I’ve probably been a songwriter longer than just about anything else. I’m not sure if that’s something to be proud of or a symptom of some much more serious condition, but it’s the truth.
It began when I was in 6th or 7th grade practicing piano, made mistakes and thought those mistakes were more interesting than what I was supposed to be working on. It just kind of steam-rolled from there.
Since then, I’ve been a singer-songwriter, composer for musical theater, jingle writer, country songwriter, produced soundtracks for corporate videos and have now come full circle to writing for myself again. The result is Looking Forward/Looking Back, my new CD, which you should feel free to preview, purchase or ignore to your heart’s content here in Jeff-world.
There are a few other things you can do while you're visiting: listen to a batch of Nashville demos produced with some of the best singers and players you’ll ever want to hear (none of them me, btw); and as if that wasn’t enough, there are also two songs of mine recorded by Mark Wills and Neko Zhang to keep you amused. I'm confident you’ll be able to figure out everything else on your own.
